The Texting App collects mobile phone numbers through lead forms hosted on our official website (thetextingapp.com) and through Facebook Lead Ads created by our team. These forms contain clearly displayed opt-in language at the point of number collection:

"By submitting this form, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from The Texting App at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time."

The opt-in language is unambiguous and placed directly beneath the phone number entry field, ensuring informed user consent.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message from us. All automated messages from The Texting App include this opt-out instruction.

After replying STOP, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe by providing a new opt-in.
